When will I receive my order?
Once we receive your order, we will ship it with in 24hrs of receipt of payment. If it is a special order or "custom" made item, then it may take a few days but you will be notified with a tracking number once it is shipped.

Our standard shipping is USPS priority but if you need something shipped a different way just contact us and we will see what we can do for you.
You can now go to the catagories area and at the top there will a catagory for Shipping Upgrades - you can "purchase" shipping upgrades there if you wish

Do you ship discreetly?
Yes, our packaging makes no reference to what is inside.
Your shipments will show up with your name and address, and our company name, Your Natural Earth on an insert inside the package.
If you have a need for special instructions, just drop us an email and we will do what we can to help you.

Yes, We will make every effort to address custom order sizes or products.

Yes, we use SSL encryption through out the entire buying process.
When placing an order with Your Natural Earth store.., you can rest assured that your personal and credit card information is safe, every step of the way.

How do I pay for my order?
You can pay for items several ways:
Paypal for credit cards or debit cards - we will send you an invoice once payment is received - this needs to be discreet when ordering certain items so just email us and we will explain what to do.
PLEASE DO NOT send cash as we cannot and will not be held accountable for loss.

Are there any refunds or exchanges?
At this time due the fact that we have no way of verifying weather the product packaging was opened or if the contents were tampered with, all returns and exchanges will be handled on a case by case basis.
For lost shipments: if you have requested insurance on your package then you will be able to get your money back as long as you have proof it was not received.
